At AIM North London, we aim to foster the next generation of readers, writers and critical thinkers.

Through our English Literature and Language curriculum, we provide students with lessons that allow for frequent and challenging practice of key skills required to be successful through the study of a variety of forms and genres of literature and writing as well as critical thinking through analytical responses.

Our knowledge-led curriculum will ensure students develop their mastery of the subject, develop the necessary skills and be highly effective in preparing students for the rigorous demands of a high quality KS4 curriculum whilst developing an ability to question and truly develop an understanding of the wider contexts in which texts were written.
